INSURANCE UPDATE!!
We are currently approved through Aetna and United Healthcare. This includes medicaid, medicare, and commercial plans through both of them.

Starting February 2025 all rates will be private pay, and will be updated as insurances are approved. Will be accepting commercial insurance, medicaid, and medicare. Your patience is appreciated during this time. Please contact with any questions.

New Patients- Self-pay rates
Initial Assessment
Initial assessment includes complete psychosocial assessment to determine diagnosis, treatment plan, and need for ongoing services.
$150
Individual/Follow-up
60-minute follow-up sessions for established patients.
$100
Insurance
Insurances are currently in network with Aetna, United Healthcare, Anthem, and Wellcare.
Co-pays due at time of service
Sliding Scale and Pro Bono Services
Sliding Scale
Each therapist has their own sliding scale rate and fees. At time of intake that can be discussed with therapist. Our goal is to provide therapy without added financial stress.
Pro Bono Services
Each therapist has the autonomy to provide pro bono services on a case by case basis. Pro bono services are not always guaranteed. Please do not hesitate to call and ask questions.
Note from Cymbre: One of the reasons I decided to open my own practice was to have the ability to think outside of the box and to provide services when they are needed, even if payment or reimbursement is not available. People don't need therapy when it is convenient for them. People need therapy at some of the most inconvenient times. I believe that when therapy is needed it should not be withheld solely based on someone's finances.
